Vince Young may have earned $26 million in six years of pro football, but he spent it just as fast by squandering it at chain restaurants, according to USA Today.
After entering the NFL as the third player taken in the draft six years ago, Vince Young is now without a team. He was cut from the Buffalo Bills in August.
USA Today reported rumors that the University of Texas legend spent as much as $5,000 per week at Cheesecake Factory during his rookie season and that he paid $6,000 for a single meal at T.G.I Fridays.
The former Tennessee Titans quarterback is also said to have paid a kid $200 to carry his luggage at the airport and to have done $600 shots of Louis XIII de Remy Martin at Morton's after games.
On Twitter, Young addressed the rumors saying, "We are working to rectify some unfortunate finical losses, which stemmed from betrayal by those I trusted most."
