HOUSTON – The Houston Texans have listed corner back Kareem Jackson and inside linebacker Joe Mays as inactive for today’s game against the Oakland Raiders.

Jackson (chest contusion) was hurt during last week’s game against the Arizona Cardinals. He left the game in the first half and never returned. Mays (oblique/knee) also injured himself during the Arizona game, but only missed one series.

Jeff Tarpinian will start in place of Mays at inside linebacker. Brice McCain and Brandon Harris are expected to get more time with Jackson being out of the line-up.

The other Texans inactives include QB TJ Yates, CB Elbert Mack, ILB Mike Mohamed, G Cody White and TE Ryan Griffin.

For the Raiders, QB Terrelle Pryor will miss the game after being held out of practice all week. Also listed as inactive for Oaklandi is rookie CB DJ Hayden. The former Houston Cougar is battling a groin injury.
