HOUSTON – Like many players in the National Football League, Texans defensive end J.J. Watt gets involved in a little trash talking on the field from time to time.
During last Sunday’s game, Watt wore a wireless mic for NFL Films, giving us a little insight into what we can’t hear up in the stands.
In one exchange with Ravens running back Ray Rice, Watt said, “I’ve eaten burritos bigger than you!” ESPN aired the clip Monday night, which then made its way onto YouTube.
Watt is not the only Texans player who has agreed to wear a microphone for NFL Films. In 2011, Brian Cushing was heard telling his team mates, “This is a grown dog’s game! There’ ain’t no puppies out here!”
