COLLEGE STATION - Texas A&M swim coach Steve Bultman has seen his fair share of Olympians. Cammile Adams is just as special as the rest of them.
The Cy Woods High School product just finished her second year at A&M where she has compiled numerous records. However, a late season push provided the momentum she needed for this past weekend’s Olympic trials where she shined once again earning a spot on the US national team.
With a time of 02:06:52 in the 200 M Butterfly, Adams became the second Aggie to qualify for the London Games in a matter of days. Her teammate Breeja Larson did the same in 100 M breaststroke.
KHOU 11 Sports reporter Daniel Gotera caught up with both of them in College Station.
