LA PORTE - Growing up in an athletic family, Tori Vidales knows all about what it takes to succeed. Her brother Josh plays baseball at UH and it’s the give and take they have that’s has made her better.
She is a two-time district offensive player of the year and this season she’s on her way to a third title. Tori has an eye popping .842 average with 14 home runs.
But softball isn’t her only passion.
The other is sign language and being able to help and communicate with those that don’t have the ability most of us do.
She recently got admitted into the kinesiology department at Texas A&M and is anxious to put on the Aggies uniform.
KHOU 11 Sports reporter Daniel Gotera has the story.
