Cinemark shifts leadership roles

Plano-based Cinemark Holdings Inc., said Wednesday that it has realigned its executive leadership, promoting Alan Stock to chief executive from president and chief operating officer.
Tim Warner, who has been president of Cinemark International, will succeed Mr. Stock as president and COO.
The new president of Cinemark International will be Valmir Fernandes, formerly president of Cinemark Brasil.
Marcelo Bertini becomes president of Cinemark Brasil, moving from his position as the unit's chief financial officer.
Cinemark founder Lee Roy Mitchell, who had been CEO, will continue as chairman.
