LOS ANGELES -- Actor and San Antonio resident Thomas Gibson was arrested in Los Angeles over the weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, multiple sources have reported.
According to CBS Los Angeles, the 'Dharma and Greg' star was stopped at 1:37 a.m. Sunday after he allegedly drove through a barricade that was set up for a half marathon and 5K race on Saturday night.
Gibson was arrested after refusing a Breathalyzer test, according to media reports.
The 50-year-old actor is also known for his roles in 'Chicago Hope' and 'Criminal Minds.'
Gibson splits time between Los Angeles and San Antonio, where he lives with his family.
