AUSTIN, Texas -- An employee at the Texas State Capitol is facing improper photography charges after police say he filmed lewd videos of a female staffer without her consent.
Clifton Bryan, 31, was a technology employee assigned to fix a computer in a state representative's office. Court documents show that as Bryan fixed the computer, he asked a 26-year-old female staffer to log in to the computer twice. As she bent over the computer, Bryan used his iPhone to film up her skirt both times.
The staffer noticed Bryan filming and told police.
Bryan is charged with improper photography. According to KVUE's partners at the Austin American-Statesman, Bryan could face up to two years in jail if convicted.
