AUSTIN -- A teen caught slapping a fast food employee last month is now charged with assault by contact.

Last month, a teenage boy walked up to the Wendy's counter, where 16-year old Calaybra Jones works, smacked her, and ran off. The incident was caught on camera and posted to YouTube.

The Travis County District Attorney’s office says no other charges are expected to be filed.

Assault by contact is punishable by a fine up to $500.
