SAN ANTONIO -- It's difficult to say exactly what was happening or why, but San Antonio police say they are investigating a strange west-side crime.
Police were called to the 400 block of Cable Drive at around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
They said a 30-year-old man tied up a woman in a chair with a cable and then began inflicting superficial cuts to her body. Luckily someone walked in on him and the suspect fled the scene in the 400 block of Cable Dr.
Overhead a SAPD chopper searched the area for the suspect, while EMS treated the woman at the scene.
They said she suffered cuts to her throat and stomach.
