Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis ran into a bit of a snag when she tried to cast her ballot during early voting Monday.
It's a problem many are seeing with the new Voter ID law.
Your photo ID must match voter registration records.
Davis showed her driver's license but it had her maiden name listed -- Russell. When this happens, the voter must sign a document verifying their identity.
Davis is hoping to become the state's first democratic governor since 1994.
