Reward increased to $20,000 for Texas ‘10 Most Wanted Fugitive'

HOUSTON—The reward for a Texas “10 Most Wanted Fugitive” has increased to $20,000 for information leading to his capture, if the tip comes in during the month of May.

Benjamin Dominguez, 47, is this month’s featured fugitive and a Barrio Azteca gang member with an extensive criminal past, officials said. He is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation.

Investigators said Dominguez is believed to be a transient. He has lived in El Paso; Socorro, Texas; Las Cruces, N.M.; and Modesto, Calif.

His criminal history includes indecency with a child, assault causing bodily injury, possession of a controlled substance and burglary.
