PORT ARTHUR, Texas  -- The three puppies thrown over a Port Arthur seawall have found homes.

The Port Arthur animal control office said that the puppies were all adopted by Wednesday. The puppies went to the shelter Sunday evening after someone threw them over a seawall and on to some rocks in Port Arthur.
Firefighters rescued the crying pups and placed them with animal control.
