COLLEGE STATION, Texas—Several organizations in College Station held vigils for the casualties of the shooting near the Texas A&M campus Monday afternoon.
St. Mary’s Catholic Center at 603 Church Avenue held mass at 5:30 p.m.
A&M United Methodist Church and Christ United Methodist Church will held vigils at 7 p.m.
The university will held a vigil in the Academic Plaza at the Sul Ross Status on campus at 9 p.m.
Three people, including a Brazos County constable, died after a gunman began firing shots while being served an eviction notice.
The gunman also killed a male civilian and wounded a female civilian and a police officer before officers shot him to death.
