SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio Police believe a man was crossing I-35 near Walzem when he was hit by more than one vehicle.

However, none of the automobiles stopped which turned a tragic accident into a possible crime scene.

Traffic investigators said, so far, they have not witnesses to the fatal accident. As a matter of fact, they have little to go on to find a suspect in this case.

Police said because none of the vehicles stopped they could be charged with failure to stop and render aid.

Police said the victim is a San Antonio man. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office confirms having a tentative identification on the man. However, it is not being released until his family is notified.
