SAN ANTONIO -- Police are looking for a suspect who sliced a man's neck during a dispute.
The incident happened in the 5800 block of Lake Champlain, on the northeast side, around 1 a.m.
Police said a man returned home to find his wife inside with a male friend.
Both men got into an altercation and the male friend reportedly pulled out a knife and sliced the husband in the back of the neck, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
The husband was treated at the scene and is expected to be OK.
Investigators said the male friend took off and is still at-large. Police know who the suspect is and said he faces an aggravated-assault charge if apprehended.
