Perry on Friday will be briefed by military officials and visit some of the victims of Wednesday's attack blamed on Spc. Ivan (ee-VAHN') Lopez.

The governor's office says U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz will join Perry. Sen. John Cornyn on Thursday visited Fort Hood.

Four victims remained hospitalized Friday at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple.
