SAN ANTONIO -- Local police have arrested a second suspect in the murder case of 55-year-old Mario Martinez.

Police say Hilario Urista turned himself in to authorities Monday night, after seeing his face plastered on a local newscast during a Crime Stoppers story.

This is the second arrest in the case.

Last week, on April 4, police arrested 23-year-old Michael Solano on a murder charge.

Urista and Solano are accused of carrying out a drive-by shooting on the north side that killed Martinez in early January.

Investigators said Martinez was fatally struck by one of the bullets while sitting inside his home watching TV.

According to an arrest warrant, Solano is the ex-boyfriend of Martinez's daughter.

Investigators said several violent attacks between the victim's daughter and female friends of Solano possibly led to the drive-by shooting.

Police said there could be more arrests as the investigation continues.
