SAN ANTONIO -- A Texas woman is taking on the porn industry and the State of Texas, as well.
She has no desire to be in a pornographic video, she just wants to keep kids' eyes off the skin-flicks.
Crystal Buckner became outraged when her ex-husband showed their young daughters porn last year.
Now, the Dallas mom wants him prosecuted. However, a Texas law allows parents to show kids porn. So, Buckner is trying to force lawmakers to change that.
The district attorney did find a way around that law, and charged Jack Buckner with child endangerment.
Crystal Buckner plans a rally at the Capitol once the legislature reconvenes in January.
