Ex-Texas officer gets prison over child porn

HOUSTON -- Houston police are seeking witnesses to the death of a skateboarder who went off a bridge and fell to his death in traffic.

Police have identified the victim as 19-year-old Lee Milton Powers III.

Investigators say Powers on Saturday night went over a more than 4-foot tall chain link fence while skateboarding and fell to the Southwest Freeway, where he was hit by a truck.

Police are trying to determine if Powers was skateboarding by himself.
