Dallas police fatally shoot armed man in Pleasant Grove street

Dallas police fatally shot a man they say was carrying a shotgun in a Pleasant Grove street and raised the weapon at officers. Police say around 3:40 p.m. they received a call from a witness who said they had seen the suspect, Robert Williams (pictured), 37, with the gun. Officers drove down the street and found the individual with a double-barreled shotgun and gave loud verbal commands to drop the weapon, but Williams didn't comply.
