ROUND ROCK -- Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a car and a bicyclist in Round Rock.
It happened Tuesday around 6:45 a.m. on the service road of southbound Interstate 35 between FM 1431 and Old Settlers Boulevard.
The driver of a four-door Buick Milan tells police that it was dark and they did not see the cyclist as they switched lanes and hit him. Police say the victim is a 44-year-old man from Georgetown. He was wearing a helmet at the time.
Both the driver and the cyclist were on their way to work.
The victim's identity has not been released.
