FORT WORTH -- A cattle truck overturned near downtown Fort Worth Wednesday morning, killing 20 percent of the animals in it and causing major traffic delays.

Police say the driver of the truck was  going too fast around the curve of the U.S. 287 to Interstate 35 ramp when the truck overturned around 3:30 a.m.

There were 95 cattle in the truck. Police say only 80 percent of them were able to be saved.

No charges are expected to be filed against the driver.
