DALLAS –– The accused serial rapist arrested last week by Dallas police allegedly threatened his three victims with a gun, a knife and a Taser before videotaping at least two of the assaults, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained by News 8.

Jesus Adalid Madrid-Dubon was arrested on Friday and charged with aggravated kidnapping, a first degree felony. Police say he was picked out of a photo lineup by two of his victims, one of whom was a 16-year-old girl.

The teenager was walking near the intersection of Sylvan Ave. and Singleton Blvd. in Oak Cliff on Feb. 4 when a man in a white SUV stopped the vehicle beside her and pointed a gun her way. The affidavit says he told her, “Get in the car or I’ll shoot you.” The teen complied.

The man, the warrant says, was Madrid-Dubon, 27, of Irving. He’s accused of driving the girl to the 7600 block of Sovereign Row and parking behind a vacant warehouse. The affidavit says he pointed the gun to the girl’s head and forced her to perform oral sex while he videotaped it with his phone. He is then accused of raping her and leaving her on the street outside the warehouse.

Investigators saw parallels between this incident and two prior sexual assaults. The suspect in those videotaped one of the rapes and was driving a similar vehicle.

In August, a woman struck up a friendship with Madrid-Dubon using the online social network KIK. Soon the two were texting and the woman agreed to a date. On Aug. 19, Madrid-Dubon allegedly picked the woman up from her home and drove her to the parking lot of a warehouse along the 1000 block of E. R.L. Thornton Freeway.

He is accused of raping her at knifepoint. The victim took a photo of her attacker, which matched Madrid-Dubon’s mugshot from a past arrest for family violence – assault.

Investigators also discovered that his mother owned a white Kia Sportage SUV, which matched the vehicle description driven by the suspect.

Police soon tied Madrid-Dubon to the Jan. 7 rape of another woman. The search warrant says he picked the victim up from her home in Grand Prairie and drove to a vacant warehouse in the 7600 block of Sovereign Row. The affidavit says he threatened her with a Taser and sexually assaulted her. It says he recorded the rape with a camcorder.

Dallas police Deputy Chief Gil Garza said last week that investigators plan to charge Madrid-Dubon with the January rape sometime this week. He is being held in the Dallas County Jail on $100,000 bond.
