FORT WORTH, Texas -- A former Fort Worth ISD elementary school teacher is in jail, accused of sexually abusing three second-graders.

Max Marchelli, who taught at Western Hills Elementary, turned himself in to police this week.

Marchelli, 50, resigned last year after he was first accused of fondling a child.

Last month two other children came forward with accusations.

Marchelli's lawyer told News 8 his client is innocent.
