DALLAS — Dallas police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl who is hearing-impaired.

Lucas Martin, 20, surrendered at police headquarters and was booked early Friday morning, charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. Bond was set at $125,000.

Nineteen-year-old Jarvis Fisher is already in custody in the same case.

The girl told police two men pulled her out of Sand Springs Park on Tuesday evening and sexually assaulted her in the nearby garage of Fisher's home.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, the victim picked Martin out of a photo lineup.

Other police records say that Fisher confessed to the rape and told police where they could find the victim’s cell phone.
