SAN ANTONIO -- San Antonio Police said the kids thought an early morning knock at their door was their mother. It wasn't.
In fact, there was nothing nurturing about the three armed robbers who forced their way inside of the northeast San Antonio home.
According to investigators, the suspects wore bandannas over their faces as they entered the home in the 4800 block of Caste Lance. The children, who ranged from teenagers to a toddler, were corralled inside of a room in the home, police said.
The robbers took an assortment of electronic items but did not injure the children. Police said the children's parents were at work.
The men face aggravated robbery charges.
