SAN ANTONIO -- Julian Gomez, 25, was arrested Wednesday and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to his arrest warrant, he gave an underage girl a ride and tried to grope her during the drive in Converse, Texs -- not far from San Antonio.
The victim claimed she tried to fight him off by pushing him and pulling his hair, and that's when she said he became enraged and pulled out a sharp object.
The young girl said he slashed her chest and stomach.
When questioned by Converse police, she originally told an investigator she did not know her attacker.
The officer drove the girl around the neighborhood, and the young girl pointed out the car she believed the attacker had been driving.
Police were able to track down Julian Gomez through that car.
Upon further investigation, the girl told investigators that she and Gomez had a previous sexual relationship, according to the arrest warrant.
The girl claimed that she and Gomez had conversations on the telephone and through text messages, Facebook and Myspace.
She said following their first sexual encounter, Gomez described ways he wanted to hurt her.
She told police she believed Gomez was obsessed with her.
Gomez was booked into the Bexar County Jail on $75,000 bond.
