TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas - Two people are dead and another injured after a car accident in Western Travis County near Pace Bend Park.
Pedernales Fire Department officials tell KVUE News that the accident happened between 10:00 P.M. and midnight Saturday night.
Officials say three people were driving on private property when their vehicle left the roadway. It plunged more than 100 feet off of a cliff. Two people died at the scene, and the other, who was pinned underneath the vehicle, was rescued.
They were Starflighted to University Medical Center Brackenridge with unknown injuries.
