AUSTIN, Texas -- The Texas Monthly BBQ Festival took center stage at the Long Center on Sunday.
The magazine invited restaurants from its top 50 list to show off their ribs, brisket, sausage and smoked turkey.
Smitty's Market in Lockhart, Snow's BBQ in Lexington and Opie's BBQ in Spicewood served up their specialties.
Ticketsfor the third annual festival, ranging from $59 to $118, sold out quickly.
