SAN ANTONIO, Texas--San Antonio police say they have taken another dangerous criminal off our streets.
Detectives say on the night of July 10, 19-year-old Andre Crump and two other suspects were responsible for a home invasion on the city's northeast side.
Police say Crump and another man stormed an elderly woman's house, pistol whipped her and stole jewelry.
Two other suspects were arrested shortly after the incident and Crump was arrested after he tried to pawn the jewelry.

"Anytime you're going to attack an elderly female, or anybody for that matter, but especially people that need protection the most: our young and our old - taking somebody off the street that obviously didn't have a care for them is a huge benefit to us as a police department, but more importantly to the citizens of San Antonio," said Sgt. Van Geffen with SAPD's Robbery Task Force.
Crump is now facing one count of aggravated robbery.
