08:45 AM CDT on Tuesday, October 28, 2008
LUBBOCK, Texas — Two of three children reported missing from Lubbock were safe Tuesday morning, but an 11-year-old girl remained unaccounted for.
Lashawnda Theriac, who turned 15 Tuesday, and 9-year-old Angel Contreras were found around 11:30 p.m. Monday near Idabel, Okla., after Angel called his father.
The search continues for their sister, 11-year-old Jasmine Bazan. She is believed to be with Kenneth Wilcox, who may be driving a 2004 blue Ford Focus with California plates 5GTX090.
Wilcox, 41, took the children on Saturday with plans to take them and his son to the Six Flags Over Texas amusement park in Arlington.
Police said Wilcox left his son with his ex-wife in Amarillo.
Wilcox is described as white, 5'-5" tall, 150 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes.
Police have not issued an Amber Alert for the missing girl.
WFAA-TV and the Associated Press contributed to this report.
