Gaspar E. Loya, III, 37, is wanted for escape, unlawful flight to avoid confinement, parole violation and failure to comply with sex-offender registration. The Texas DPS says Loya escaped from jail in Colorado in 2000 and has been on the run ever since. He should be considered armed and dangerous. A $10,000 reward is available for information leading to Loya’s arrest. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a DPS most-wanted fugitive should call Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-8477.
