Rene Morales Munoz, 44, is wanted for homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault, sexual assault and violating parole. The Texas DPS says he is affiliated with the Texas Mexican Mafia gang, and should be considered armed and dangerous. A $10,000 reward is available for information leading to Munoz’s arrest. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of a DPS most-wanted fugitive should call Texas Crime Stoppers at 1-800-252-8477.
