Photos: Houston crews help with Sandy, nor'easter

Joel Michna, operations manager from the Cypress Service Center, tells us "This little lady and her friend brought us hot coffee and doughnuts. She also gave us all an autographed copy of a book she had written. Today was the 20 year anniversary of it being published. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. She even wanted to go home and prepare dinner for us. We respectfully declined."
