As the sun came up Wednesday, the U.S. got its first look at what Hurricane Isaac left behind overnight as it stalled over the Louisiana-Mississippi coastline. Rescue workers tried to get residents out of harm's way after flooding in lower Plaquemines Parish, south of New Orleans. Wind damage and flooding was reported along the coast.
