Photos: 4 injured in car-tree crash

Police said early Thursday four people were sent to the hospital in serious condition after the car they were in sped through a red light and hit a tree in north Houston. A fifth person in the car ran away before police arrived, witnesses said. According to the Houston Police Department, the crash happened on E. Parker near Nordling around 1:30 a.m.
