The champagne was flowing on Pier 21 Friday night where Paige and Tilman Fertitta hosted a Mardi Gras party board their yacht. The party was co-hosted by Dancie and Jim Ware to honor Knights of Momus Queen Megan O'Malley and two dozen Duchesses. The young women from Galveston, Houston and Bellaire showed off their colorful ballgowns while frolicking between the boat and a nearby tent.
