HOUSTON—Players from the Houston Astros arrived at M.D. Anderson hospital with an armful of joy Thursday as they passed out teddy bears to sick kids for the holidays.

Astros catcher Humberto Quintero and his wife, Michelle, along with former Astros pitcher Doug Brocail and his wife, Lisa, visited young patients in the Robin Bush Clinic and patients in the George Foreman Inpatient Unit.
The players posed for photos with patients and their families and used extra caution and care as they visited those that were too sick to leave their rooms.
The visit gave an extra boost in spirit for the excited kids and warmed the hearts of the players, as well.
The patients received teddy bears dressed in Astros T-shirts.
