AUSTIN -- The U.S. Grand Prix made its grand return Sunday after a five-year absence at the $400 million Circuit of the Americas, a course built expressly for F1 on rolling scrub land just a few miles southeast of downtown Austin.
Britain’s Lewis Hamilton edged out the number one ranked Sebastian Vettel by a fraction of a second to become the first winner of the U.S. Grand Prix.
