ADELE HAD APP SWEAR FOR HER
NEW YORK (AP) -- Adele says she felt something in her voice pop while singing live on French radio. She tells "60 Minutes" a polyp on her vocal cord had hemorrhaged and it was "like someone put a curtain over my throat." She had laser surgery to correct it and was forbidden to speak, so she'd write on a pad to communicate. Her real joy, though, was an app that not only spoke for her, but swore for her. Adele says she loves to swear and most apps won't do curse words, but she found one that did. She says it really helped her get her point across. The interview airs Sunday on CBS before the Grammys.
