Single bullet goes through man's chest into woman's hip at Delaware party

NEWARK, Del. — Two people were shot in Newark, Del., Wednesday morning after a rifle discharged during a party.

The man has since been discharged, while the woman remains hospitalized and is listed in stable condition.

Detectives charged Wing with two counts of assault in the first degree, two counts of reckless endangering in the first degree and reckless endangering in the second degree. He is awaiting arraignment.
