AUSTIN -- "Occupy Austin" protestors are back at City Hall.
Demonstrators were seen over the weeked camping out and even putting up tents.
A year ago City officials approved a new policy, allowing police to kick out anyone staying at City Hall overnight.
The protestors had camped out for nearly four months at that time - costing the city more than $800,000 in security.
