HOUSTON -- The person who smashed in the front glass door of a frozen yogurt shop was scared off when a witness started yelling at him, police said early Friday.
The crime happened at a Menchies store on W. 19th Street in The Heights, according to the Houston Police Department.
Around 1 a.m. a man was seen throwing a rock through the glass door. He started to go inside when a person across the street yelled at him. The suspect then ran from the scene.
Police said they weren’t sure what the man was going after by breaking into the yogurt shop.
