HOUSTON -- Waller County commissioners approved an ordinance late Tuesday afternoon that will keep a controversial landfill proposal moving forward.
More than one hundred residents packed commissioners court early Tuesday and most told commissioners they are against the proposed landfill.
A public hearing on the proposal is set for Aug. 3.
