HOUSTON—A 17-year-old student was arrested Wednesday for allegedly bringing a BB gun to a southwest Houston high school, according to HISD police.
Jose Armando Zaragoza was charged with carrying a gun in a weapon-free school zone.
Police said Zaragoza brought the gun to Sharpstown High School, but the details of how it was discovered were not immediately available.
His bond was set at $2,000.
