HOUSTON—Some red light runners in The Woodlands will be getting their money back as it turns out that five of the red-light cameras are not legal.
The cameras went into operation before a required traffic study was finished.
Drivers who were ticketed will have their citations dismissed, and their $75 fines refunded.
