HOUSTON -- If trouble at Lone Star College sounds familiar, it was just three months ago when authorities were called to a shooting at another Lone Star College campus.
On January 22, 2013, police swarmed the campus and ambulances transported victims after a gunman opened fire on the Lone Star College North Harris County campus.
After panic and chaos faded, the facts came to light.
Two men were arguing outside the library when authorities say one of them, Trey Foster, pulled out a gun and started shooting.
Three people were injured, including Jody Neal, who Foster was arguing with, and Carlton Berry, who was initially charged in the shooting, but later cleared. Bobby Cliburn, a maintenance man at the college, was also wounded.
Foster was charged with resisting arrest and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is out on bond.
The three men wounded in the shooting are recovering from their injuries.
