Reward offered for Christmas vandals in Danbury

HOUSTON – Police near Angelton are looking for Grinches that vandalized a holiday display.

The damage was discovered in a park in the town of Danbury Wednesday.

Someone broke cartoon plywood figures, put a red sled used by Santa on top of playground equipment and then tossed other decorations into trees, The Facts Newspaper reported.

The damage is estimated at about $1,000.

The civic club is offering a $500 reward for information leading to an arrest.
