HOUSTON -- Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who wore an obviously fake beard while robbing an Amegy Bank on Wednesday.
Officials said the robbery occurred around 10:50 a.m. at the Amegy Bank located at 1330 Wirt Road in Houston.
Investigators said the robber approached a teller, said that he had a weapon and demanded cash. He also showed the teller a threatening note.
The bank robber then held open a plastic bag for the teller to put the cash.

He was last seen wearing a dark blue jogging suit with a hood and a white bandana covering the top of his head.
